Email Application Checklist
All British Nationals can visit Belarus without a visa and can stay inside the country for 30 days if and only if they are entering and exiting via Minsk National Airport.
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph:
A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

4. UK Company Letter:
A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip.
5. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the host company in Belarus should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds.
6. Insurance:
Copy of travel or medical insurance policy that shows the name of the applicant should be submitted. The insurance policy should be valid in Belarus, and the minimum coverage offered should be £10,000.
Note: After entering Belarus, all foreign nationals should register at the Belorussian migration office within five days of their visit. If you are staying in a hotel, they will assist you in completing the registration process.
