Email Application Checklist
Important: Applicants not of Indian origin, applying for 5-year visas may have to attend a bio-metrics appointment at the Indian visa centre in London. We will personally assist you with the appointment and entire application process.
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photographs:
Two recent passport sized photographs with a light background. These must be 50mm x 50mm, not the standard passport size. If you are unable to obtain this size, send us the normal ones and we will resize them for your application.
3. Visa Application Form:
Owing to recent changes by the Indian embassy, applicants are required to fill the visa application forms online. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section F below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. Letter from Employer in India:
This letter must be issued on company headed paper and addressed to High Commission of India in London. The letter must specify the details of work offered along with applicants place of stay in India.
5. Employment Contract:
The Contract of Employment must be signed by both the parties, must clearly specify details of the remuneration along with a specific clause about details of income tax liability in India.
6. Copy of Employer business registration:
A copy of business registration certificate of the employer in India is required
7. Copies of education certificates:
Copies of all educational qualifications, specifically higher education in required.
