Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of nine months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.
3. Visa application form:
All applicants are required to fill the visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. Residence status proof:
ILR card or proof of residence status in the United Kingdom should be submitted.
5. UK Company Letter:
A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip. The letter should also state that the traveler will return to work after completing the Indonesian trip. Self-employed travelers can submit proof of business license or tax return.
6. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
7. Accommodation details:
Details of confirmed hotel room reservation should be provided. The reservation proof should carry details that include name of the applicant and the duration of stay.
8. Vaccination certificate:
International certificate for Vaccination of yellow fever should be submitted.
9. Livelihood proof:
Bank statement of the applicant should be submitted.
Note: The foreign national should submit a written approval from the immigration office in Indonesia if he or she wishes to stay in Indonesia for more than sixty days.
