Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: A passport sized photograph with white background. Please make sure that the photograph is not older than six months.

If you are a non-British passport holder, you should submit a copy of UK Resident Permit or work permit/ student visa.
5. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
Note: If you need to enter Kenya multiple times, you should submit an original letter from the UK employer. The UK company letter should be written on the official letterhead, and it should detail the employment status and the position held by the applicant in the company. The letter should detail the need of multiple visits to Kenya. You can also submit letter from the host entity detailing the need of multiple entries.
