Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: 2 passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
5. Proof of Sufficient Funds:
A copy of recent bank statement, specifying the availability of sufficient funds (which amounts to GBP 350 per person or GBP 600 per family).
6. UK Company Letter:
The applicant should submit a letter from his or her UK company. The letter should be written in the company’s official letterhead. It should cover all important details about the applicant that include his or her employment status and position held in the company. The letter should also describe the details of the trip that includes the name and addresses of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national. The UK Company Letter should also specify the type (single entry or multiple entry) of the visa and the validity needed. The letter should also guarantee sufficient funds to support the needs of the foreign national during the Thai trip.
7. Invitation Letter:
The invitation letter should be issued by the host company in Thailand, and it should be addressed to the Consulate of Thailand. It should not be older than one month and must contain the original signature of the authorizing officer along with guarantee of sufficient funds and a clear explanation for the purpose of visit.
